We offer two UK shipping options:
- Standard Tracked (2-3 business days):

- Free for one-time orders over £45
- £3.50 for one-time orders under £45 - Next Business Day* (1-2 business days)
- £4.95 for one-time orders and subscriptions
Orders submitted before 1 pm will typically be processed on the same day, except on weekends. Orders made after 1 pm on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday. Please note that this schedule excludes Bank Holidays and weekends. Only valid for Mainland UK addresses.

Returns
Returns for Subscription Customers
With all subscription orders, due to the nature of the automatic shipping every 30 days, we require a minimum of 7 business days notice prior to your order being shipped if you wish to cancel or amend your subscription. Once a subscription is triggered (and you receive an email confirming it is being shipped) it is sent for immediate dispatch. If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Standard Product Returns
This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website. If you have purchased products from a retailer or other online retailer, then please contact them for their own returns and refund procedures.
We try our best to make sure all items make it to you safely. However, if you receive any items that are damaged or faulty on arrival then we will issue a replacement product free of charge or offer a refund. Please just let us know by emailing info@megiwellness.com before you return your order.
We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 days of purchase, if it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging. Please email us at info@megiwellness.com prior to returning your item to let us know to expect your return. Proof of purchase is required.
Assuming the item(s) are in good condition we will then process your refund. Refunds are made to your original payment method and depending on your payment issuers policies, there may be a couple of days’ delay in being credited. The goods will be deemed returned when received by us. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a return of goods which have been opened, damaged or used. Delivery will not be refunded.

Can I use shampoo everyday?
Shampoo is safe for everyday use with no known toxins, hormones, SLS or other striping agents. However, we would strongly recommend not to wash hair every day. We know it’s a difficult habit to break, but everyday washing will strip your scalp from healthy oils who are necessary for your scalp and follicle protection.
Can I use your shampoo after cancer treatment?
