Returns
Returns for Subscription Customers
With all subscription orders, due to the nature of the automatic shipping every 30 days, we require a minimum of 7 business days notice prior to your order being shipped if you wish to cancel or amend your subscription. Once a subscription is triggered (and you receive an email confirming it is being shipped) it is sent for immediate dispatch. If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Standard Product Returns
This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website. If you have purchased products from a retailer or other online retailer, then please contact them for their own returns and refund procedures.
We try our best to make sure all items make it to you safely. However, if you receive any items that are damaged or faulty on arrival then we will issue a replacement product free of charge or offer a refund. Please just let us know by emailing info@megiwellness.com before you return your order.
We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 days of purchase, if it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging. Please email us at info@megiwellness.com prior to returning your item to let us know to expect your return. Proof of purchase is required.
Assuming the item(s) are in good condition we will then process your refund. Refunds are made to your original payment method and depending on your payment issuers policies, there may be a couple of days’ delay in being credited. The goods will be deemed returned when received by us. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a return of goods which have been opened, damaged or used. Delivery will not be refunded.

When can I see the results?
We strongly recommend a three month bundle as clinical studies show that it takes at least 45 days to see the reduction in hair loss and 120 days to activate new hair growth. But some of our client have experienced the reduction in hair fall out in first 10 days.
What type of hair does it work for?
Our supplement can be effective on almost all types of hair loss as long as you have hair follicles capable of growing hair. In most cases, follicles can still grow new hair in the early stages of hair loss. That’s why the earlier you start the better results you can achieve. This is really important especially for men with receding hair line.
Will it help with menopausal hair loss? ?
Our supplement can be highly effective during pre-menopausal, menopausal, and post-menopausal transitions. We've observed some remarkable results in reducing hair loss and improving hair quality.
Interestingly, what many of our customers notice first is less hair in the shower, often after just a few weeks of use.
Can you use it during pregnancy and when breastfeeding ?
Our supplement doesn’t include any known hormone disruptors. As such, it should be safe for those pregnant, conceiving, or breastfeeding.
However, we have not conducted any studies on women who are pregnant and we always strongly recommend consulting your doctor first
