How to use
Wet your hair. Lather a quarter-size amount onto your scalp and down through the strands. Massage scalp thoroughly with fingers for 60 seconds to allow actives to absorb. Rinse out shampoo until water. runs clear. Repeat. Follow with Megi® Conditioner and enjoy stronger hair.
TIP: Take time when washing. It will allow actives to be absorb plus your scalp need massage, it will stimulate a blood flow to your scalp which your follicle will thank you for it.

Returns
Returns for Subscription Customers
With all subscription orders, due to the nature of the automatic shipping every 30 days, we require a minimum of 7 business days notice prior to your order being shipped if you wish to cancel or amend your subscription. Once a subscription is triggered (and you receive an email confirming it is being shipped) it is sent for immediate dispatch. If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Standard Product Returns
This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website. If you have purchased products from a retailer or other online retailer, then please contact them for their own returns and refund procedures.
We try our best to make sure all items make it to you safely. However, if you receive any items that are damaged or faulty on arrival then we will issue a replacement product free of charge or offer a refund. Please just let us know by emailing info@megiwellness.com before you return your order.
We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 days of purchase, if it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging. Please email us at info@megiwellness.com prior to returning your item to let us know to expect your return. Proof of purchase is required.
Assuming the item(s) are in good condition we will then process your refund. Refunds are made to your original payment method and depending on your payment issuers policies, there may be a couple of days’ delay in being credited. The goods will be deemed returned when received by us. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a return of goods which have been opened, damaged or used. Delivery will not be refunded.

However, for most people, 2 to 4 times per week is sufficient to support scalp health and the hair growth cycle. Washing too frequently is not harmful with Megi’s balanced formula, but consistency matters more than frequency.
If you have:
• An oily scalp or exercise daily, everyday use is absolutely fine.
• A dry or sensitive scalp, 3 to 4 times weekly is usually ideal.
The key is proper application. Massage into the scalp for at least 60 to 90 seconds and allow it to sit for 2 to 3 minutes before rinsing. That contact time is what supports performance.
